Garment replacement policy

Garments purchased through 11R Print are covered against production errors caused by our shop. If a shop-supplied garment is damaged or misprinted due to our error, we will replace and reprint it at no additional cost.

Customer-supplied garments include a $2 handling fee per item and are not covered for garment replacement. If a production error occurs, we will reprint a customer-provided replacement at no printing charge. Results cannot be guaranteed on garments not purchased through our shop.
