Underbase
On polyester and bleed-prone fabrics, we lay a specialized underbase first — flooding the screen and pulling the squeegee to seal the shirt so colors stay true.
Color layer
Color ink is flooded and printed with even pressure to build the next layer of the design.
Black detail
Black locks in the fine lines and contrast that make the graphic pop.
Final result
The finished print — bold, clean, and ready to wear.
