01

Underbase

On polyester and bleed-prone fabrics, we lay a specialized underbase first — flooding the screen and pulling the squeegee to seal the shirt so colors stay true.

02

Color layer

Color ink is flooded and printed with even pressure to build the next layer of the design.

03

Black detail

Black locks in the fine lines and contrast that make the graphic pop.

04

Final result

The finished print — bold, clean, and ready to wear.

Why it lasts

Screen printed. Not heat pressed.

Real ink

Plastisol through mesh into the garment — not a transfer sitting on top.

Sharp detail

Clean edges, solid coverage, and registration that looks intentional.

Built to wash

Prints that survive workdays and laundry without cracking or peeling.

Close-up

Small details make the whole order feel better.

Clean coverage, proper placement, and balanced sizing are what make a shirt look ready to represent your brand.
